Three price areas on every product

Family Sales mirrors how families actually sell: you set an anchor price, a middle offer, and the amount you want to close at—without spreadsheets or loose notes.

Area 1

Starting price

The first number you show buyers—the anchor for negotiation when someone asks “how much?”

Area 2

Intermediate price

Your middle ground when the buyer counters. Keeps the family aligned on how far you can go before the final offer.

Area 3

Target sell price

The amount you actually want to receive. When the deal closes, record the sale value and payment date in the same screen.

Each product also tracks availability date, ad locations (OLX, Facebook, and more), sold/received status, and which room it belongs to.

Biometric login

After the first sign-in, use Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint for quick and secure access on supported devices.

Email verification

New accounts confirm a 6-digit code by email before setting a password. Forgot password works the same way.

Filter by room

Narrow the product list to a single room with autocomplete search—ideal when you are showing items in the garage or a bedroom.

Filter by status

See only items not sold, sold, sold but not paid, or delivered but not paid—so you know who still owes money.

Search in the list

Instant search by product name, room, availability date, or where the item is advertised—without leaving the Products tab.

Cloud sync

Products, rooms, and withdrawals are stored on GRM Sys servers per account. Premium includes manual sync and restore across devices.

Ad locations

Note where each item is listed—OLX, Facebook Marketplace, and other channels—so the family knows where buyers are coming from.

Pull to refresh

Refresh the dashboard and lists with a swipe down to load the latest totals and product counts from the server.

Family Sales is in Brazilian Portuguese, with amounts in R$ and dates in dd/mm/yyyy—built for families selling from home.
